Our coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s a bespoke, arts-based process tailored to each individual. We use a hybrid model that gives clients full agency over a creative project of their choosing—whether that’s making a short documentary, painting, writing a song, performing a piece, or anything in between.
Together, we bring that creative vision to life. Along the way, clients naturally build confidence, navigating the ups and downs of the creative process and experiencing the powerful satisfaction of seeing something through from start to finish: “I did that.”
Underneath the creativity, traditional coaching is woven into every step—just in a more dynamic and playful way. Instead of sitting still in a therapy room, we’re creating side by side. The conversations that emerge are full of powerful questions, personal insights, supportive strategies, and plenty of laughter.

Our standard coaching rate is £60 per hour—this reflects our belief that high-quality, personalised support should be within reach, while also honouring the time, energy, and expertise that goes into each session.
